Why they chose this property
We've lived in this neighborhood for 20 years. It is calm, safe and near everything we could possibly want and need. Because we all travel a lot, being close to the airport has always been a plus. Everyone in our family, from my mom to my brother, sister and myself have all actually worked at the airport at one time or another. :-) The convenience has always been key.
What makes this property unique
Fresh, clean and brand new!
This is a brand new property in a community built adjacent to the one we lived in. It was a model home so it has many unique and vibrant features that help it stand out. It's always wonderful walking into a home that is fresh and new.
You have easy access to enter at your leisure to check in with keyless entry into your very own private room where you can relax. A smart TV in the room ensures you can Netflix and chill before calling it a night.
The is a community kitchen which is a wonderful space where you can feel free to prep a meal or enjoy a morning coffee. A great backyard space with a BBQ in case you are feeling like a little grill is what you have a taste for. Or if you bring a furry friend who needs a safe space to run around in, since its fully fenced in. You also have a full bath and half bath that is also used by one other room.
