My friends and I had the best stay! We were close to everything and what we weren't Uber picked us up quickly. This property is in such a great location. Our host Josmary was very tentative and answered all our questions with quick responses! We will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

There was an initial problem with the codes to access the condo. However, the host/owner was very prompt in responding to help rectify this issue. He was also very timely in answering other questions that we had as well as addressing our needs.The condo was perfect for our family (three couples), with private bathrooms for each couple. It offered plenty of room, yet it was cozy. The condo was also generally well equipped for preparing the meals that we had. We appreciated having not only a dishwasher, but a washer and dryer in the place.The location of the condo couldn't have been more convenient for grocery shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, and public transportation.We not only would love to return again to this place, but we highly recommend thei condo to other family and/or friends.

I will try to share as much information here as possible since there isn't much info yet posted on VRBO. We were 5 adults (Us and our two adult children, and our sons GF) and stayed for 4 nights. Josmary responded quickly to all communications and was very friendly. The 3 bedrooms, 3 baths were perfect, we all had plenty of space and privacy. The beds were comfortable, water was hot with great pressure.Towels etc all nice.The kitchen has everything we needed to cook breakfast everyday. (I would recommend one more frying pan maybe.. but small detail). All appliances worked well including washer and dryer and AC. There is parking although we did not rent a car. Check in/out instructions were clear and easy, The area is nice and we never felt unsafe. There are a lot of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Grocery store is 3 min walk. The beach is a short walk and Josmary does have chairs and beach towels.We did lose power for about 12 hours. this happens in Puerto Rico. I only mention it because I wish I would have brought extra battery chargers for our phones..so just a hint for anyone else. Josmary does provide flashlights and very cute battery operated lanterns.All in all a lovely home, I would recommend.

This was an amazing location to the beach, as well as located close to many shops and restaurants. The apartment was great, all the bedrooms were so comfortable and plenty space for your things. As well, it was great having beach supplies there for us right away to use. Would love to stay here again.
