Welcome to the Montego Brownstone the spacious, captivating two-story home nestled in the Rhyne Park neighborhood. A twenty minute drive (10 miles) from the Donald Sangster International Airport, this home affords you privacy whilst being in close proximity to the city for shopping, dining and entertainment. The home boasts stylish furnishings and modern amenities and provides all the comforts for a relaxing vacation.
This home is gated with a private entrance and keypad entry. Additionally, there is a den, living and dining areas which comfortable seat six, a workstation and a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove. There are four bedrooms, closets and three smart TVs, there is also wifi. Laundry services are available as the home has a laundry room, washer, dryer and ironing board. There is hot water throughout the home and air conditioning in all four bedrooms and the living area, however, there are windows throughout the home which allow for fresh chilling ocean air. You may choose to relax on the front porches, either upstairs or downstairs.
Whilst there is a private entrance to the home, there is an apartment to the front with its own entrance and driveway. This home comfortably hosts eight people but can accommodate smaller or single bookings. For group travelers, access to the home and amenities will be shared.
