Why they chose this property
This is a beautiful site nature as it’s best with deers everywhere and beautiful foxes also because you can be at Canyon Lake or the Comal County park which is beautiful with a beach within 5 minutes and you have many stores, supermarket, Dollar General, McDonald’s, Domino’s Pizza, Dairy Queen, 7/11, Pharmacy, gas stations, Fishers Market, Subway, a Casino, a few liquor stores, Cafe’s and many other restaurants all within 3 minutes drive. The best location ever the town is called Startzville.
What makes this property unique
The property has a beautiful mini golf and an awesome covered patio with a beautiful built in Jacuzzi, Fire pit, outdoor refrigerator sealing fans, cooling/misting lines, a huge smart tv on the patio, bbq grill, a bar on the patio as well and plenty of beautiful seating, privacy shades and a beautiful backyard with a view of nature. Also theres a jetted tub in the master bedroom also every single room has a remote control sealing fan and central air and heating, every single bedroom has a tv and a huge tv in the living room al sofas are power recliners. The house is very comfortable with an open kitchen and living room with plenty of room to enjoy your time in the house or outside on the beautiful covered patio.
