Hi! I am an Omaha native but moved to Colorado for work. I love my fur baby, family and friends. I am new to the short term business but have done the long term & mid term rentals for 5+ years. The way I see it is I would not rent anything that I wouldn’t live in myself- clean, comfortable and attractive.
