Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
You don't need to strip or make any beds! Our cleaners will do this for you! You did your job and slept like a baby hopefully!
Please throw out any opened food items and take them out with the kitchen trash. All other trash you can leave for the cleaners. We don't want any stinky science experiments going on!
It would be appreciated if you gather all used towels and put them in the laundry room either in the laundry basket or on the floor.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We are frequent travelers and we've stayed in dozens of VRBO's but we are picky. We wanted to create an experience that would live up to our standards.
Why they chose this property
This is a quiet and very accessible suburban neighborhood that is close to a huge amount of retail and restaurants plus has easy access to downtown, the mountains and lots things to do!
What makes this property unique
This is a large 3-level home with a nice basement, so everyone has plenty of space to relax, work, or play. It’s rare to have two large king bedrooms, so if two families are traveling together, both get a comfortable king bed.
We care about how you sleep, so we purchased three high-quality DreamCloud Hybrid mattresses and added very nice luxury linens and pillows to help you get the best night’s sleep possible. All bedrooms also have ceiling fans plus a portable fan for white noise while you sleep.
The back patio—with a fire pit, grill, dining table, and patio furniture—is there for you to enjoy while the kids play in the large backyard.
