This place was perfect! Exteremly clean, good location, very welcoming and relaxing. From the moment I walked in, I immediately felt right at home. I highly recommend this for anybody wanting to stay in North West Houston. Host was fabulous, and responded immediately!

Allowed my residence to be double booked, I was left without a space to stay for my weekend because there was a resident already staying on the property that didn’t leave until the next week out. How was I even able to book for dates that were apparently already scheduled for someone ? Overall very unprofessional.

We are very sorry about your experience. We are just as frustrated as you are. Vrbo and airbnb allowed a double booking that was beyond our control as we have our calendars linked. We canceled the booking as hosts and took a penalty with our listing so the renter would get a refund immediately. We have spoken with airbnb and vrbo and they have let us know it was a technical glitch that should not happen again.
