ROMANTIC NEST WITH A BEAUTIFUL OCEAN WIEW

Air conditioning is not listed as an amenity and never has been. Wash and dry machines are there, but Zachary never told me he needed to use them. The first time he complained about not having AC was on September 16, five days after his staying began, and as I sayed, AC is not listed as an amenity. He also complained about the music, but I dont' think 10 pm is a terrible time to stop a party in a weekend. And it is simply not true that I told him that "I could host one if I wanted". And finally, the sanding and painting was not done on the casita where he was staying, but on my own house. It was a mistake on my part, I recognize that, but he didn't say ANYTHING to me during the 6 hours that happened, so I could immediately stop it. He waited until the next day, September 16, to send me a message about the three problems: not having AC, the party until 10 pm and the sanding near his casita. I was traveling (driving all day) and saw his message pretty late that evening). Finally, I offered Zachary to refund him the night he didn't stay (my offer is in a written form), but he threatened to sue me and force me to refund his whole staying. What I think is that Zachary is trying to get a refund without a justified reason. I do not recommend anyone to host Zachary. It is the first time I have an experience like this. And anybody can check my record as a hoast in Vrbo and Airbnb. Francisco Ricardo
