Cozy 3 bedroom getaway centrally located 10 min to downtown with ideal parking

Enjoy what this 3-bedroom has to offer. The property includes all the essentials you’ll need for your stay plus more! Less than 10 minutes to downtown and 15 minutes to the airport.

All bedrooms have king sized beds so guests will have a comfortable stay. Master has ensuite bathroom along with an additional guest bathroom. Linens provided, bathroom essentials, laundry essentials- everything you need to feel at home away from home.

Fully stocked coffee bar, tools to make the best cocktails and board games to have some fun!

Parking for two and additional parking on street if needed. This property is a duplex, the space includes the upper half. There is no access to your unit from the other unit.

So, so , much better than a hotel and only a little more . Amenities were very good. Location was just fine. Was here for Work and play and I’m so glad I will stay like this. Every time I come back to Utah .

This was a trip to spend Thanksgiving with my adult sons, their wives and first baby granddaughter. I was so happy to have a comfy, inviting home with all the supplies needed to have Thanksgiving dinner here as my sons live in small apartments in Farmington. Felicia was very helpful each time I had a question, as we were getting ready for our trip and after finding out we were having Thanksgiving dinner here, she went out of her way to supply us with kitchen supplies needed and even a new large roasting pan. In the rush of packing I forgot tooth paste and to my surprise there was a brand new tub in the bathroom vanity! It’s the little things that mean so much when you’re looking to stay at a home away from home. I highly recommend!
