Host was welcoming, accessible, ensured smooth access, and quick to respond to any questions. Condo is stocked with all you need to relax and enjoy your stay. The kitchen has full size appliances and all the cooking utensils needed to enjoy that morning cup of coffee or to cook your meals onsite if you desire. The king size bed has a good firm mattress and the bedding/comforter was high quality. It provided a great nights sleep. Having the second bathroom was a definite plus when getting ready to head out for the day. The condo has direct access to the pool and hot tub and they are relaxing at the end of the day. The covered parking spot right outside the condo was also a huge positive when coming in late or carrying our luggage. It was well lit and the landscape was well maintained. For us, the location was perfect within the Fountain Hills community, quick access to the Mesa Gateway Airport, Phoenix for shopping, and the Tonto National Recreation Areas for fly fishing as well as many other options in the area. We would definitely book this condo again.
