The neighborhood is amazing. It’s located in Esmeralda, on the north side of the island, in a quiet and well-kept neighborhood surrounded by beautiful villas. It’s peaceful, clean, and very welcoming. You’re just minutes from the beach and close to all the action at Palm Beach. Everything you need is nearby—even a local store just around the corner. You also have free parking right in front of the house.

We think this property is truly special because of the warm, welcoming vibe you feel the moment you walk in. The lighting is soft and beautiful, creating a cozy atmosphere, and the bed is incredibly comfortable.
