Master bedroom has a California King bed with memory foam mattress, double sinks, walk-in closet, and large walk-in tile shower. The other two bedrooms both have memory foam queen mattresses. Air mattress is also available if needed for extra guests.

The living room area has seating with barstools, couch, relaxing recliner and rocking chair. Unwind after a day on the lake with a big screen TV and wired surround sound.

The large open kitchen with breakfast bar and dining room has plenty of room for you and your guests, including a glass top stove and dishwasher. There is also full laundry with a washer and dryer.

Newer pool with a large swim step, bar seats, and waterfall features. Gas heated hot tub with waterfall. Enjoy outdoor living with a built in high end BBQ also connected directly to propane. Panoramic mountain and lake views facing to the west for fantastic sunsets!

The garage has a deep one car bay, and boat deep two car wide garage. There is additional parking in front of the house, as well as side RV parking with sewer and electric hookups.

Located on the south side of town right off of Mcculloch Blvd. Next to a wash with no neighbors on one side, and sitting above the neighbors on the other. Very close desert access, can be riding in the desert in under 5 minutes! 15 minutes to the Island, or Lake Havasu State Park boat launches.
