Hi, I'm kin. Welcome to our studio. This is 2016 architecture award wining condominium. Greenary, bright and modern south facing studio a well laid with a bathroom and kitchen bar as well. The studio at highest floor, welcoming yet minimal and is a fantastic place to recharge after exploring, sightseeing and shopping.

The studio has lots of natural light thought the day but also offers a great escape from the busy lifestyle. Located in Seri Kembangan town, Selangor, MALAYSIA. 5 min reachable KTM transport station.

We both live and studied in local KL/Malaysia, fluent in Chinese, Mandrain, English & Bahasa. Friendly, love to advise you where to go in KL and Malaysia. I work as Interior designer and my spouse works in power industry. We'll host you like having friends at studio.

Me and my spouse love traveling around. We find that when travelling to a foreign country or city, our experience is always so much more enriched when we have a local show us the way and give us recommendations, as such, we look forward to offering our guests the same experience. If you get lost, or you're not sure where to go, give us a call, that's what we're here for.

LIVE. The Studio flat screen television, bluetooth speaker, an universal power adapter and a good selection of books for you to read. We aren't smoker, hence we hope our guests do not smoke in the premise. However, you can smoke in the garden located in 16th floor.

EAT. Our kitchen equip with cookware & glassware, a refrigerator, induction cooker. We also provide oven, a tea set with Malaysian local tea beg.

SLEEP. The bed is a comfortable queen with a duvet and 2 comfortable pillows and 1 bolster. They are professionally laundered before and after every guest.

RELAX. The bathroom has a modern Rain-Shower bath with an hot water system, a toilet with hand bidet. And don’t worry if you forget anything we have all the basics covered of shampoo and body soap. We provide soft 100% cotton towels for all guests. All of our towels are professionally laundered before and after each guest.

WE ALSO PROVIDE. A portable hair dryer, hot water kettle, tissue, cleaning supplies and a check-in booklet that outlines how to use all the appliances and also an interactive map that shows locations to local grocery stores, pharmacies.
