Located just minutes from Westgate Entertainment District, State Farm Stadium, and Desert Diamond Arena, this home is ideal for game days, concerts, shopping, or dining. Please note, garage access is not included.

You’ll have full access to the home during your stay, with just a few small exceptions. The garage, the backyard shed, the bottom cabinet to the right of the dishwasher, and the Vivint Smart Hub screen in the living room are reserved for owner use. Don’t worry, you’ll still be able to adjust the temperature to your comfort using the thermostat conveniently located in the hallway near the restroom.
