Not charming. But, uncomfortable. Four bedroom house that accommodates four people. Nowhere to sit in the backyard. Appliances that did not work. This house needs some TLC.

The house sleeps 10 as there are 4 queen beds and 2 twin beds. Diane and her guests somehow broke 3 out of 4 brand new appliances in the kitchen (refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher). All of them were less than 9 months old and have worked perfectly for every other guest. They needed handyman services every other week for broken appliances or for other issues that were false alarms. I responded to every "urgent" and non-urgent request immediately. There are a couple adirondak chairs in the backyard. I am always happy to provide additional furniture upon request. They never mentioned anything about needing additional places to sit in the backyard.
