Our experience was very frustrating. We booked this property back in January for our March stay and never received check-in instructions before our flight. While boarding the plane, we had to reach out to the host ourselves to ask for the check-in information. The host responded saying they had not received any booking information and asked if we were just now booking that day, even though our reservation had been confirmed months earlier.At that point we were already on our flight with nowhere else arranged to stay, which made the situation extremely stressful and last minute. Ultimately the stay had to be canceled. While we did receive a full refund, it was still a major inconvenience and disrupted our travel plans.I would recommend future guests confirm check-in details well in advance to avoid a similar situation.
