This place was a great place to stay, and in a very convenient location. My friends and I wanted a place to hangout, watch some movies, and go tubing. Everyone got their own space and the tv in the living room was perfect for a movie marathon. Will totally stay there again.

The house was really clean, nicely decorated as described. Rental was in a great location for river fun, restaurants, grocery stores and Walmart . Host was very accessible and instantly replied to every question we had. Definitely will be back to stay again! Julie Smith

Lovely home and perfectly located for my son’s Texas State graduation! The beds were AMAZING — some of the coziest pillows and blankets ever (which definitely matters to me!). The house had everything we needed to host a small family dinner gathering, and even my fur baby had the best time making friends with the neighbor’s corgi. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back!

This property was amazing will definitely be returning. Walking distance to irvas river pub and nice river spot to hang with the family. Also easy walk to tx state campus, property owner was quick to respond when we had an issue with the keypad. House was clean beds super comfy and tv in every room. Updated kitchen and bathrooms was also a plus

The house was amazing! Super clean and user friendly. We did have a hiccup with the door code and heater but the host and maintenance went out of their way to get it all fixed! We would definitely stay here again!

Very lovely house! Clean, comfortable beds. Great for short stays as master bedroom fDoesn’t have a closet or dresser for clothes. We had others using the other 2 bedrooms. So any clothes we wanted to hang had to go in their closets. :/Only complaint otherwise I liked this house!

Very cozy, a lovely and relaxing home. A hidden gem. We were centrally located to everything-river, grocery store and restaurants. Very pleasantly quiet, especially morning coffe out on the patio. All the beds were very comfortable with TV’s in every room; very clean and excellent showers. Host very responsive and accommodating. My family thoroughly enjoyed their stay!

Home was so clean and beds are so comfy!! Just a walk to the river and it is so beautiful! Neighborhood is nice and quiet! Perfect stay with my older kids and friends. Definitely hope to rent this home again.
