Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please tidy up the house as much as possible by placing things back in its original location how it was found. This will help ensure that we have ample cleaning time for our next reservation.
Please be respectful of the checkout time. This is very important! Checking out late may make it difficult for cleaners to have the property ready for the next guest. Late checkout will result in fee.
Please gather all used bedding and towels and place it in the laundry basket in the closet or in the hallway near the washing machine. Please also take trash down to trashcan. Thank you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We had a great visit and the house was extremely nice and clean. The host paid attention to every detail and it was a very comfortable plan. Also a very close walk to the beach, which was never crowed. Highly recommend this property.

Kings Paradise is an awesome home for a large family to enjoy Topsail Beach. The view is beautiful! It’s an easy walk to the uncrowded beach! We were thankful for all of the bath and beach towels provided. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need including lots of plastic dishes and cups. Plenty of beach chairs and boogie boards. We especially loved that everything was labeled to easily find and put stuff back. Note that the coffee maker is a Keurig and Nepresso. The elevator makes it super easy to move in and out and to bring elderly grandparents who can’t climb the stairs. The host was very responsive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. This was an awesome find and we would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay! The house was exactly as described and pictured—beautiful, spacious, and very clean. It was the perfect size for our large group, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax without ever feeling crowded.The location couldn’t have been better. The beach was literally just steps away, making it so easy to go back and forth throughout the day. It was incredibly convenient, especially with kids, and one of our favorite things about the property.We also really appreciated all of the beach supplies that were provided. Having chairs, toys, and other essentials available made packing so much easier and helped us enjoy every day at the beach.There were a couple of unexpected issues during our stay that were completely out of the host’s control, but what really stood out was her communication. She responded almost immediately anytime we reached out, kept us informed, and was always willing to help or provide information to resolve any concerns. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her guests having a great experience.Overall, this home exceeded our expectations. Between the beautiful house, spotless property, unbeatable location, thoughtful amenities, and exceptional host, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We would absolutely book this home again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

This was a great place to stay for our family of 14. It's nice and close to the beach and has a great view of both the ocean and the sound. We would definitely stay here again!

I’m from Jacksonville, North Carolina just a short drive down the road. I’ve been visiting Topsail beaches all my life and it’s always been a dream and a goal to own a beach house and we recently purchased one! We’re excited to share it with you!

What makes this property unique

This property is unique because it has ocean views and sound side views. Enjoy your private beach access that is only 48 steps to the sand! You will have 6 incredible balcony views! A hot tub and so many fun amenities like bikes, fishing poles for the pier that is just a short walk away. Beach chairs, beach towels, sand toys, and so much more! Oh, did I mention the super fun competitive basketball game in the garage. Multiple board games and puzzles that your family. This is going to be the ultimate family vacation, you will remember for a lifetime!
