Good location for safety,,clean, excellent and fast communication with owner...but..the apartment is

Good location for safety,,clean, excellent and fast communication with owner...but..the apartment is VERY noisy at night. Purchased and slept with earplugs was the only solution. Heavy traffic outside, alarms,car repair shops. Beds were one double and one single with memory foam mattress...very uncomfortable. My amigo actually left after the first night and got a hotel room ... plain and simple ..i would not stay there again.. pictures on webpage make the apartment look spacious..it is actually very small...my knees hit the opposite wall when sitting on the toilet..:(...

Laureles neighborhood is beautiful due to the big trees and nature you will find around. The building is located with easy access to public transportation, walking distance to malls, supermarkets, tourist places. It´s very calm and people are very nice and caring.

What makes this property unique

My property has all the amenities to spend a couple of days or long terms stay. The apartment has very good natural light and fresh air.
