Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Total scam. Will not be using VRBO again. Be warned this is a guest house and someone is squatting in the garage attached to it - clothing, refuse, mattress all on the ground. The locks on the door to the guest house also did not work, even after provided with a code. Did not feel safe so quickly left. Skip this posting and look elsewhere.

oh boy! this guy definitely is upset because i wouldn’t refund him after he had to go back to san diego because his sister went in labor. also he’s pretty stupid because he didn’t know how to use the electronic lock which i explain in the check in guide. i have hosted my place so many times and have never had someone feel unsafe so another lie from this person. also here’s his text from the day: “Hey Jay, My sister went in to labor and we are heading back to San Diego. You have a great space and would love to stay here when we come back to LA. Sorry for the inconvenience.”
