Loved staying here. The place was super clean, felt safe and comfortable in the unit & building. The location near Beverly Hills was ideal as well, close enough to everything without feeling chaotic. I also liked having access to the gym and pool, and the building felt very secure with the digital entry system everywhere, which made coming and going feel safe and simple.Check-in was smooth, the host was quick to respond whenever we had questions, and the apartment looked just like the photos, quite spacious and detailed. You can tell they actually care about the space. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in LA!
This place was fantastic!!! It had everything we needed! We loved that it had a detailed list on checking out that we really appreciate!! Loved that that things were labeled so you are not guessing what switches are for what! We for sure will be staying here again!!!!!

This space was captivating, so many carefully curated touches. Very spacious bedroom and Great location. Our group walked around to everywhere we needed to go. we’re already planning our return.
While there were a couple of minor discrepancies in communication (address, which specific unit), these were easily cleared up. There was not, however, a coffee grinder as the listing said there would be. The bathroom tissue was one-ply, and there were no extra rolls anywhere. Other than these small issues, the stay was fine. The location is great, and the unit itself was clean and a pleasant place to stay.

There was much confusion upon checking in bc the address that’s on the website is SOUTH and the address on the check in instructions is NORTH. While the location is convenient, it’s also misleading. Prior to booking, I was told this unit is ADJACENT to the Four Seasons… it is not. Beds are super comfortable and the unit is laid out very well. Bring a noise machine bc you can hear the road noise. The unit was pretty clean other than the bathroom. There was a long black hair lying on the bathtub and hanging from the towel. My husband is bald and I have blonde hair. While we were there, we were served with a letter for the owner to vacate immediately bc they are running a short term rental illegally. I did reach out with concerns that we needed to leave.
We arrived at the VRBO and followed the directions sent to us by the owner to check in. When we opened the door to the unit, the unit had sheets on the floor, trash on the kitchen counter, and no furniture. It looked nothing like the pictures obviously. I called the owner and he asked me what the issue was. After I explained, he told me there was an error and it shouldn't have been listed. Said he would call VRBO and call me back to help us find another rental. He didn't call back and didn't answer an further phone calls. We called VRBO and he didn't answer their phone call attempts either. Thankfully VRBO reimbursed us right away but we were stuck with having to find lodging on very short notice and ended up in a hotel for four nights. We've never had an issue with a VRBO rental before. Note: The reviews prior to our booking were positive for this property. We checked the listing after this fiasco and a very recent review had been posted by a renter stating that the owner was served with a notice to vacate as he was running an illegal rental. A little communication from the owner would have saved us a huge inconvenience!
