Create your next beach memory in this luxurious oceanfront condo located on the fifth floor. This oceanfront condo is a great place to spend a relaxing vacation with friends and family. Turtle Dunes is located inside The Omni Resort at Amelia Island with 24-hour security in a private gated community.

Be sure to check out the newly added Pickleball Court!
There is some repair work being done on the outside of the building. There will be a lift located on the east side of the building. Expected completion is the end of summer 2025.
Trailers and motorcycles are prohibited in this community.
Late August through September there will be cranes and other work equipment around the building and in the parking area as the association completes some repairs on the buildings exterior. There will still be ample parking available
