Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a breath taking condo with views of the marsh. The sunsets were amazing and the peaceful sound of the birds was so relaxing. The condo needs an update but is still generally clean and has everything you need. The pool on the property was great. We had renting bikes and enjoying biking to the beach and around the trails on the Plantation. We will be back!

Great COVID Vacation of 2020

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Family meet up in Amelia Island condo on the marsh overlooking the 9th hole of the Oak Marsh course. Comfortable and spacious 3 br 3 ba condo with access to the beaches and Omni Hotel. Condo was clean but needed some updating with furniture and carpet...beds were comfortable. Only complaint was the trash situation...animals got into the trash twice outside which was no fun to clean up. Overall a great experience and we will rent from Amelia Rentals again...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Dish washer and clothes dryer did not work. Had to hand wash all dishes. Management nice but couldn't solve the problem. Outside unit decrepit; rotten wood, bushes not trimmed, table and umbrella ratty. Nice inside, beds comfortable, AC good. Enjoyed our stay in spite of everything.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a great location on the marsh for this rental. The unit is bright and airy on both levels. Morning golf course maintenance a bit noisy. Otherwise this is a peaceful spot. There are some issues however. A Strong mold smell in the kitchen, the dryer needed to run several times to dry clothes even at highest setting, forget about drying towels. The patio table so lumpy it made it hard to find a flat spot to put a glass. The only umbrella is a beach umbrella that wouldn't stay in the holder. An umbrella is a must to sit outside. Addressing these issues would make for a very good place to stay.
