Diamond in the rough. Very unassuming home but when you walk in the door WOW! Very new and large. There is a great "rain forest" stroll in back yard. The banana tree even has bananas! Extremely clean and presented like a 5 star hotel. Actually has a piano.

Christmas Week in Jacksonville.

This house had everything I could ask for. Spacious back yard, full kitchen, washer and dryer, 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. Huge tv in the living room. The check in and check out process was simple. The showers were huge and amazing and seemed to have infinite hot water, which i loved And the location was very nice and convenient. I spent christmas week here and the neighborhood was nice and cozy. I would definitely love to stay here again.

Raw sewage problem

Don’t rent this house if you already know that there is a sewer problem. Signs in the bathroom gave it away. We were very disappointed that there was raw sewage backing up in one of the showers. I had called several times a day right when we checked in. On the third day at 9:00 at night a plumbing company finally showed up. We only had 2 good days out of the 5 we were there. Very disappointing.
