We stayed here to attend the Nights of Lights for a quick weekend away and it was perfect. We brought our two Golden Retrievers so the fenced in yard was a great perk. The bed was a little on the hard side for me but that’s just personal preference! Would definitely stay here again.
Everything was fantastic, definitely exceeded expectations. They let us check in early, the beds were comfortable, the backyard was great, the neighborhood was fine, would definitely stay here again. My honest only complaint was that it was a rather large hole under the fence in the backyard so that my dog could have escaped, but we were able to figure blocking that.

Lovely home, very clean. But, several trains go through at night.
Beautiful, spacious, cottage environment with all the amenities. Comfortable beds, immaculately cleaned. Modern appliances. All you could ever ask for and then some. Would recommend this company and this location to anyone who wanted to be close to historical downtown St. Augustine without the noise normally associated with a hotel stay and save money while you are at it. Will definitely be looking for these types of properties for my next getaway.
The house is clean and its stylish but you cannot sleep well because the railroad makes noises all day and night. You can even feel the tracks and the railroad siren all night long. Sadly, I will prefer not to stay tthere again.

The house was really nice. 1 mile away from Downtown. Host never welcomed us I try contacting 2 times by message and no answer. I call the phone number it didn' work. No instructions on how to open the door or code. The door was unlock when we arrived. I had to leave the door unlocked all the time ! To go to town. And I never hear back from the host , so unprofessional.
We loved the house. Almost brand new. Beautiful bathrooms and kitchen. Perfect for me, my husband and our 2 dogs. We were worried about the neighborhood, but it was fine. We walked every day and felt safe. There is a railroad track about a block away, but didnt bother us with noise. The place was very clean on arrival. The management company was great to work with. We did have mis-communication regarding pet fee. I thought it was taken care of, but about an hour after arrival they requested an additional 300. For our 2 dogs. I probably would have booked anyways with the extra cost, but after your checked in its hard to make any change. St Augustine was very touristy.
