Parties are prohibited from this property. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. Locals bookings are only approved on a case by case basis and are generally not allowed. The primary reservation holder must be at least 25 years of age.

Any additional guests not on the reservation must get approval before coming onto the property. Parking has space for 4 cars. If you need more than 4 cars you need permission.

There are external security cameras and noise monitoring devices for safety purposes only. The devices do not record any audio just measure sound levels.

Hosting events or commercial photography requires approval and an additional payment is required.

Smoking is allowed outside or in the screened in porch. Smoking inside results in a $500 fine.

Late checkout/ early check in is allowed for an extra payment and granted on a case by case basis.

We loved the house! The kids absolutely loved all the amenities and the host was very quick to respond. When we arrived the pool we had to message about the pool, but he had service come out very quickly and fix the issue.

As a whole property was great. The pool and outside area was covered with rocks and leaves. We cleaned it up and had a blast. Everything else was superb.

This house was amazing, we had no issues with anything, the backyard was perfect for relaxing, the only problem we had was constant cleaning of the putting greens from the trees in the neighbors yards which was no problem for us at all and not the property’s fault, but I had seen others comment on having to clean up the yard, so I wanted to mention it is from the neighbors trees not the houses issues

This house was perfect for our family. There was plenty of space, the game room provided hours of fun, as did the basketball/pickleball court. The kitchen was well stocked, and there were plenty of places to sit for a meal. If you are in town for a youth soccer tournament at the Jennifer Ross complex, this is absolutely the place to be. It's five minutes from the fields, five minutes from quick food options, five minutes from Dick's Sporting Goods, and five minutes from a grocery store.

Really beautiful and spacious home - worth every penny (especially the amenities). The communication with host was timely. The neighbors don’t bother at all, but be mindful in pool area- they do have cameras pointed toward the property. I’d revisit this property for sure!

This VRBO rental definitely has five star potential. We enjoyed the backyard basketball court and Pickleball, place was clean and owner was pleasant and responsive, Even provided us with a Christmas tree. However, place is somewhat run down right now. There is a reason there is no picture of the front, needs a paint job and some landscaping. Front door sticks, refrigerator drawer is wankered, no cue ball, heat for spa not working, cordless vacuum not working, master shower does not drain properly, so there is always standing water. Again these are little things that could easily be fixed. Location was fine, we did enjoy our stay!
