Located on the beautiful Seven Mile Beach, Harbour Heights Unit #28 is a luxurious two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath apartment that can comfortably accommodate up to six people.

Our unit features a primary bedroom with stunning ocean views, a king-size bed, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is equipped with two queen beds and an adjacent full-size bathroom.

The living and dining area is spacious and located on the lower level, along with the kitchen and balcony that offers panoramic views of the beach and grounds. The balcony is an ideal spot for sipping morning coffee, reading a book, enjoying the fresh air, or savoring a cocktail while watching the sunset.

Harbour Heights offers 400 feet of private beachfront, a heated freshwater pool overlooking the beach, and beautiful green gardens.

You can easily walk along the beach to nearby hotels and restaurants to explore the area. Our stunning unit is meticulously maintained and underwent an upgrade in the fall of 2023, including new furniture in the living room, with two new couches (one with a sofa sleeper), and a new dresser and nightstand in the second bedroom.

As longtime Chicagoans, we were looking for a second home in a warm climate. We first came to Grand Cayman in 2001 and fell in love with the island, its culture, the people, the beaches and most of all Harbour Heights. After coming back year after year, we finally found our opportunity to own a little slice of paradise and spend many weeks in Grand Cayman throughout the year.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with Harbour Heights because of its small size (46 units) and the accompanying community of people. Not to mention the beachfront location and amazing ocean views. Many people who own at Harbour Heights and rent condos here come back year after year so we get to see and reconnect with many familiar faces.
