Welcome to Regal Beach Club 631, this second floor 2-bedroom / 2-bathroom condo has been recently renovated and upgraded top to bottom and it is spectacular! It is bright, spacious, yet cozy, and and is the perfect place to wind down and relax while watching the ocean. The master bedroom is light and colorful and has a king bed, a TV and an ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom is tropical and bright and has a queen bed, perfect for the kids or extra guests. Thjere is also a comforatble, high end twin rollaway for an extra guest!

In the main living space, you’re greeted by a cozy kitchen perfect for cooking and making drinks while on vacation. Furthermore, the elegant modern living and dining area creates a great space for entertainment and comfort, as you overlook the gorgeous garden and freshwater swimming pool. whilst watching your favorite shows on the flat screen TV. Although I can guarantee that you will prefer to watch the blue Caribbean Sea from your private, screened porch and enjoy the tropical sunsets! Also, there is a pullout sofa for extra guests making this condo perfect for larger groups or families.

For amenities at the Regal Beach Club a washer/ dryer, Wi-Fi, and daily maid service (except on Sundays and public holidays) is included to make your vacation stay more convenient. Continuing to Regal Beach itself, there is the infamous seven-mile beach perfect for swimming and snorkeling as well as the beautiful pools with loungers and grills, perfect for BBQs, and the serene, manicured garden. Also, there is a small gym and tennis / pickle ball court for fitness on site. Finally, there are also recycling bins for our environmentally conscience guests.

Regal Beach Club only gets better! You’re conveniently within walking distance of many restaurants/bars, a yoga studio, spas, coffee shops and ATM. Also, there are great water sports next door at the Marriott hotel, which by the way has amazing afternoon teas and Sunday brunches. There is also the stunning Camana Bay which boasts a lively waterfront complex where you can satisfy your foodie cravings, browse the boutiques, shop for all things local and explore the weekly Farmers and Artisans Market (every Wednesday), as well as a 10 screen Movie Theatre. Furthermore, there’s a Foster’s grocery store a 5–10-minute walk away for your cooking needs or you can order your groceries prior to your arrival for maximum comfort (please contact a Cayman Villas Agent for this).

This unit is not wheelchair accessible. Please note all Cayman Villas properties are non-smoking so there is no smoking in the unit or on the patio. Furthermore, no pets or loud music is allowed. Please also note that the beach changes over time, especially during the rainy season.

The unit was very clean, spacious and bright. The property outside is well maintained and the foliage was beautiful with all the colours. The location is amazing and the views are beautiful. This was truly a place to unwind and relax. We loved not having to get up at the crack of dawn to get beach chairs. We loved how we could lay on the beach without being bothered by people trying to sell things. We were able to easily walk to restaurants, the grocery store and shops at Camana Bay. We can’t wait to come and visit again next year!

The state was great as the Grand Cayman of course are exactly his promised also known as paradise. The condo was clean and quiet. The place I used some updating mainly on the couches and the flooring. Everything else was pretty good, but there are units there that charge the same amount that have been completely remodeled so I would just urge the owners to do a little bit more work and I think they’re there. Would return for sure.

Excellent spot!

We really enjoyed our stay. Location of the property was perfect for exploring the Island. Lots of restaurants and food options available near the resort. Enjoyed the pool and beach. Really enjoyed the screened in porch. Highly recommend. Property was quiet and well maintained.

This property has a great location. Staff was very accommodating and wonderful. Very clean, quiet and the beds comfy. Condo is very quiet and slept like a rock! Beach was perfect for swimming, floating and snorkeling. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a great vacation!!

Family spring break

2nd time as a family visiting Grand Cayman. The condo was lovely, could maybe use a few more amenities. Low on towels, beach towels, ran out of soap etc. The beach in front of the property was scarce but nothing you can do about that, still very nice stay.

Nice condo, great location

Enjoyed our stay for a week here. Unit was very spacious, clean and stocked well with towels, kitchen items, etc. pool area and beach were nice although the courtyard area with pool does tend to echo the voices so depending on who else is staying you may hear noise. It was acceptable though when we were there. Only one night we chose not to sit on patio due to noise of other guests. Location good - quite a few good restaurants in walking distance.

Outstanding location and value!!!!

This is a great location to get around Grand Cayman. Great beach with chairs and umbrellas waiting for you. The water is perfect! A short walk to great food and shopping. The public buses are perfect to get around on and you can rent from Avis at the Marriott next door. The view from the third floor is excellent! The condo was well furnished and nicely decorated! Out in the water there was a sting ray that swam through and a turtle on another morning.There are so many great places to snorkel we look forward to coming back!

unit needs updating. did not have clean beach towels each day. very disappointing. no safe in the unit. office said "we have cameras on the property. no problem" not reassuring! dresser drawers ALL fall out. disappointing unit.

Hi George, Regal Beach Club has daily maid service everyday except Sundays and Public Holidays. The staff would have provided fresh towels during your services. If you required more towels then provided you could have requested this from your onsite property manager, she would have been more then happy to assist. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit for your use. The unit was recently updated in late 2018, as each unit is individually owned, they are decorated and styled uniquely to the owners preference. We will be sure to let the owner and the property manager know about the issue you experienced with the drawers and have them fixed. We have suggested to the owner about installing a safe in the unit and they agreed, there is now one for guests to use. Clean, comfortable unit with all amenities: great location on Seven Mile Beach

Unit 631 is spacious, very clean and comfortable. Extremely well provisioned with everything a traveler would need. Beautiful ocean view from the screened-in porch and direct view of two lovely pool areas. Daily maid service is included. Lots of beach chairs, though it was not a busy time of year in Cayman. Comfortable beds and flat-screen TV's with satellite TV in all rooms. In-unit washer and dryer was great. The unit is on the third floor with no elevator so this would not be a suitable unit for those with mobility issues. Very happy with our choice on this fourth visit to Grand Cayman, and will definitely visit again.
