Located in a safe, gated community with 24 hour guards, and maid service offered, this home is ready with the must-haves: central air, 5G wireless internet (throughout the entire home), and beach access is 4 minute walk.

Our four bedrooms, 3 king and 1 queen, open concept kitchen is only 1 1/2 hours from San Jose, located in a small community called Hermosa Palms. It’s super easy to get to and truly offers something for all. You want to chill at the pool, it’s the perfect pool to do so.
I can't say enough about YoYo's is our pool outdoor restaurant that has the most amazing drinks and food. You will fall in love with YoYo her staff and her food.

You want to ride the waves and surf it up, it’s year-round action here. You want to see gorgeous beach sunsets or take a morning walk on the beach it is right out your door!

Roberto is our property manger. He can arrange tours and answer any questions you may have. Currently he can arrange for Covid test at the home. You will love him.
Everyone loves Roberto and he speaks 5 languages.

You may want to go see wildlife and take a tour of a national park or go zip-lining? We are located only 1 1/2 hours from one of the most beautiful parks in Costa Rica called Manuel Antonio. If deep sea fishing is your thing or golf, we are located 30 minutes from Los Sueños. Crocodile tours? Macaw watching? Beach Horseback riding, Massages, you name it! It’s here and we are the perfect base location to go exploring.

Our home is well taken care of. This year we decided to do a total remodel.
It is a home that we visit often and enjoy spending time in. We know that you will enjoy your stay in our home and go back with your own great vacation memories. It is our wish to give you the home to make your stay comfortable and easy.

Our Oceanview four Bedroom home offers plenty of room to relax & plenty of room to gather! It is a home that we have taken care of, love on and made sure that our guests will enjoy as much as we do.

*UPDATED - New kitchen and outdoor private pool

*LAYOUT - The home is two floors with an open concept. Upon entry, the living room, dining room and kitchen adjoin to create a big get-together room.

*KITCHEN: Our new kitchen upgraded in 2022, features top of the line appliances, including a Frigidaire Gallery Series Refrigerator, a new stove and a sanitized and purified water system. In the kitchen are all the amenities to make a fancy dinner including BBQ grill and utensils, but you are not obliged because you can easily request a cook, go to a restaurant or order pizza in.

*POOL: Added in 2022. We love the addition of the pool. The hedge is 5ft and adds privacy. It has 2 shallow levels for little ones or to sit and cool off.
A great spot for early morning coffee, happy hour spot or for the kids to have some fun.

*BEDROOMS - This home accommodates 12 guests maximum in four bedrooms (8 adults+ 4 kids). 4 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms - One bedroom on the main floor including queen and twin size beds with a separate full bathroom. There are three bedrooms on the second floor: 1) The master bedroom suite includes a queen-size bed and an additional fold-able twin size bed as well as its own private bathroom including shower/bathtub. 2) Bedroom containing a queen size bed, and Bedroom 3) Ocean view room with a Queen size bed shares spacious full bathroom with bedroom #2. All bedrooms are recently painted, cozy, comfy and well kept.

*SECOND FLOOR ENTERTAINMENT CENTER- The second floor also contains an upstairs TV room featuring a 55” plasma TV and two leather sofas. It’s perfect to send the kids upstairs for a quiet midday rest time or to calm down in the evening from a long day at the beach.

*ROOFTOP TERRACE with amazing sunset views! Upgraded in 2022.
It’s our favorite for breakfast and happy ours. You can look down at the beach and out over the ocean, it’s an even more amazing view!
