Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Check-in, communication
The people were very nice communicating on the front end and even left a bottle of wine. After we arrived there was no info re: neighborhood details. Several of the beds were horrible mattresses and creaky. To top it off the door code changed at 10:01 and a cell phone was locked inside. We immediately called the property manager and emailed through VRBO as well as waited for cleaners. It was almost2 hours later that we finally heard back from them and got the phone back. Interestingly the code to get I was late but they were right on time with locking us out?

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad you found our team pleasant to work with and appreciated the welcome wine. We do want to clarify a few details to provide context for future guests.
Check-in and check-out times, along with detailed arrival and departure information, are provided multiple times prior to arrival, and each property includes a Welcome Guide with a QR code offering local and unit-specific details.
Our records show the guest code was active at 4 p.m. and went inactive at 10 a.m. The attempted re-entry occurred after the 10:00 a.m. check-out time, at which point door codes automatically deactivate.
While our team responded as soon as the after-hours message was received and dispatched assistance right away, we recognize that our voicemail message with addition contact information was not active at that time — and we’ve since corrected that oversight to ensure even faster communication in the future.
We appreciate your understanding, and we’re always striving to improve both guest experience and communication. If you’d like to discuss your stay further, you’re welcome to reach out to our office directly.
