House located in the North Coast of São Paulo. Condo / Resort HANGA ROA, with total security and round 24 hrs. With complete infrastructure, it has a bar, restaurant, kiosk on the beach (Full beach service) and exclusive sand strip of the condominium (Private Beach).
In addition, it has an excellent gym, playground, 4 tennis courts, squash court and football field.

The space:

Large, airy house with lots of natural light. Large pool with waterfall and spa. Air conditioning in all suites. Three suites upstairs and one suite downstairs.

Guest access:

Guests can use all the rooms in the house. Wi-fi and covered parking available.

Interaction with guests:

We are always ready to assist guests to have the best experience possible.
We have at your disposal an employee who will be in the residence daily in the maintenance of the swimming pool and gardens, and that can be activated if the guests need any help in relation to the functioning of the residence.

Other observations:

Optionally, we have a reliable employee for the services of cleaning, storage and food preparation (basic).

Passamos em familia alguns dias incluindo o Natal na casa que é exatamente como nas fotos…excelente!!! A casa é completa, muito segura, próxima da praia. A comunicação com o proprietário é ótima, usei muito antes da estadia. Durante a estadia falamos com o caseiro, que nos dava suporte quando necessário. Apenas um parcial entupimento da pia da cozinha não foi solucionado. Mas de resto não temos reclamação e adoramos a casa, por isso recomendo!
