Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place used towels in bathtub. Remove all bedsheets, pillowcases& comforters & place in washing machine. Start load prior to leaving.
Please remove all food from fridge and put trash in provided outside trash bin. Wash & put away ALL dishes. Please be respectful & leave the house how you found it. Broom will be provided.
Please turn off ALL lights/fans and turn AC to 74 degrees in the summer and heat to 68 degrees in winter. Be sure to fully lock door and windows on your way out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Finding this property so close to Stone Soup Storytelling Festival was so perfect for our needs. The home was very clean, with all the handy appliances. Two bedrooms allowed one for me, and one for my son and his girlfriend. It was nice to have living room space to socialize in the evening. We will probably stay again next year.

Overall, it was an awesome place. I did leave some clothing and Presley has made accommodations to return them. So that is amazing. It's very close to everything you may need.
