The property needs updating and a through renovation and deep clean. Paint would help greatly. Not at all what we expected and not up to VBRO standards.

We're truly sorry to hear that your experience in our home wasn’t up to your expectations. We do use photos in our listing that are true to what you’ll see. We also take cleaning very seriously by using professional cleaners between guests. We would’ve been happy to address any issues that came up if you had communicated them to us during your stay. We've had many excellent reviews across platforms, and we are always looking to improve where we can, while making sure guests have an awesome stay. Thanks
