Why they chose this property
Our property is in the "country" just 20 minutes from Waco, Texas and all of it's amenities, including Baylor University, Dr. Pepper, Magnolia, and a host of other exciting opportunities!
What makes this property unique
We have 4 ponds, 1 of them stocked with fish, 2 donkeys and a really fun goat. Mostly, they just like to look at our guests and see if they can coax you into feeding them carrots :)
We have a side-by-side for your enjoyment to travel throughout the property.

We also have a gun range and skeet shooting available.
