2562 sqft home! Your family is in centrally located home: Relax on the spacious back deck or cozy garden front deck, perfect for family gatherings. You are 1.1 miles from 29th Street Mall, 1.4 miles from Pearl Street Mall! less than 1 mile to Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Safeway. CU Boulder for CU football game, 1.4 miles &Chautauqua Park 2.4 miles away. Green space park right outside the front door , friendly neighborhood, mature trees, birdsong, and a creek behind the house.
Large back deck for gathering! You can use the full kitchen as well. There is a large finished basement with a 75 inches TV that you can connect to your steaming account through guest mode. No party. No smoking, vaping, use of marijuana indoor or outdoor. No pets allowed. Outdoor security cameras are located on the front doorbell, on the right of the garage overlooking the driveway, and outside the back patio door where the back gate located.
