This stay was perfect for us. The upstairs den let my adult son and I enjoy time together and have space of our own for evening hours. Clean and comfortable with no surprises. We enjoyed the kitchen for breakfast saving us money and endless food choices nearby for later meals. With Sprouts grocery a few blocks away we had everything we needed. Our host was available if needed and even made a few restaurant suggestions upon request. Quiet evenings on the back deck made great conversations for my boy and I. Super nice neighbor next door and a cute little pet bunny on the other side. Looking forward to staying there again soon as a family reunion is coming up soon.

Unfortunately, this property did not match the condition shown in the listing photos. The home appeared much older and significantly more worn than expected. The carpets had noticeable stains, the carpet on the stairs had not been vacuumed, there was rust in the sink, soap dispensers were empty upon arrival, and there was leftover food still in the refrigerator.On a positive, the bedding was clean, the beds were comfortable, a good amount of toilet paper to get us started, and the towels were freshly washed. The check-in and check-out went smoothly.

Plenty of room for our family of 4 however it was lacking some of the essentials. We didnt have any hand soap in the master bathroom, no paper towels, no binder about the property. We had no clue how to start the fireplace or if it even worked. Just seemed like a work in progress kind of rental. Nice place with lots of potential.

The host David was great and very responsive. However, the house was not as pictures made it to be. The house is worn down and not super clean. The stairs carpet and upstairs carpet was nasty and looked as if it had not been vacuumed in a long time and stains all over. The kitchen was lacking basic items like cookie sheets and Tupperware. The fridge and pantry was not cleaned out when we arrived and previous guests used food was in there. Overall for the price it was fine but I would not rent again.
