This home boasts a beautiful covered front porch and a screened in back deck both with ceiling fans, to sit and enjoy your coffee or coctail!
Within a drive of anything that you and your family or group might enjoy.

A day at the Whitewater Center, fishing on Catawba River, boating on Lake Wylie, hiking at numerous locations, or just stay in and enjoy playing a plethora of games (to be found in the bedroom closet) at the dining room table.

The choice is yours and the options are endless! Escape to this enchanting retreat for a serene getaway. 3 bedrooms are on the 1st floor, and 1 is upstairs. All have A/C and heating. We have a Greco Pac and Play (with Pac and Play sheets provided as well, in the bedroom closet) if needed, just let us know.

As we said the covered front porch for morning coffee or screened in deck for family and friends to enjoy!

Fast Wi-Fi, 1 smart TV located in the living room tgat offers Amazon Prime, Netflix, and Hulu, streaming.
4 comfy bedrooms, and 2 sparkling Full Bathrooms. There are plenty of extra pillows and blankets in each bedroom, and throw blankets in the living roomto get comfy and stream your favorite shows or movies!

There is plenty of private parking in the driveway ( do not park on tge front of tge property) and easy self-check-in and check-out making it all stress-free. Tge door will ve unlocked in time for your arrival and the key can be found on a magnetic hook on the refrigerator. Please put the key back and leave the door unlocked at checkout.

We have everything you need to make it feel like your home! Relax in your private 4-bedroom getaway just a short drive from Carowinds, the Catawba River and Lake Wylie.

We also have a basketball hoop in the private driveway that allows for plenty of parking.

When checking out please leave beds unmade, gather your used towels abd wash cloths abd put them in the laundry room. Put all dirty dishes in tge dishwasher abd turn it on. Take all garbage out to the bin outside by the garage. We ask that you treat our home like your own, with love and care, while always remembering it is our home not a hotel. We truly hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

This house is a true gem! It was perfect for our family. We were in town to attend a funeral in Rock Hill and it was easily accessible to our venue. This house is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The host deserves 5 plus stars for responsiveness and great communication. The fully equipped kitchen made us feel right at home. Check-out was super easy. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for allowing us to stay at your lovely home!

We are originally from NY. We moved to the Carolinas and love the feeling of living away from it all in our home in the woods, while still only being 20 minutes from some of the coolest things the area has to offer. We love being a host because we want others to enjoy the stress free time in a home they can make theirs and we hope to be the place that everyone gets to experience a quiet private vacation without having to get a bunch of hotel rooms. Bring your dogs, your kids, and in-laws, your friends and simply enjoy a stress free environment.

Why they chose this property

We always dreamed of a home tucked away in nature away from the hustle and bustle of the outside world. Private and quiet. A place where if you look up at night you can see the stars.

What makes this property unique

My home is a new build, it is spacious but not too big or grand, just perfect. All the rooms are on 1 floor except for 1 bedroom upstairs. Our beautiful screened in porch with ceiling fans are a wonderful way to spend an evening or enjoy your morning cofee. The screened in porch was created with 2 doors so you can easily let your dogs out into the doggy gated area.

Both the back and front doors are double doors that can open and we have a ramp if needed so it is handicap ♿️ accessible. When you come to our home we want it to feel like family and comfort. We hope that's what you think too.
