Welcome to your Myrtle Beach retreat! This spacious 2-bedroom condo is located on the 2nd floor(no elevator) at River Oaks, just a short drive to the beach, shopping, dining, and top golf courses.
The condo features a comfortable living area with plenty of natural light, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private balcony perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. With two cozy bedrooms, it’s ideal for families, friends, or golf getaways.

The Space:
2 bedrooms/2 bath condo on the 2nd floor (must climb stairs) with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and pullout sofa in the living room. Can accommodate 6 guests
Washer and dryer available in the unit.
Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. Dining area open to living room leads to the balcony.
Sheets and linens provided. Free WiFi and smart TV available.
*Pets are not allowed.
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are provided for showers only.

Guest Access:
The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place.
*Access the pool with white access card. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband)
*No mailbox for this location.
*Washer/dryer available in the unit.
*Parking is available with parking tag only, please hang it in your vehicle. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken parking tag.
