Great stay. Owner was able to oblige with a late check out. I missed a toaster and just FYI..the toilet seat requires tightening. Thankyou Prince and Dorothy 🤗

This property is just out of town and is very peaceful and quiet. The room is very simple but spacious and very clean and neatly presented. Good blinds made for a solid night's sleep. Very comfortable bed and pillows, nice quality towels too.

The place was gorgeous and had a lovely cosy feel. Comfortable bed and great amenities. Unfortunately the walls were so thin that we could hear everything the couple next door to us were saying and doing. The staff helped in every way they could which was lovely but unfortunately made things a bit uncomfortable. The only other issue is when you use the bathroom at night, the light lights up the entire bedroom as well. Otherwise fantastic place.

Nice place just outside kyneton proper with easy access. comfy bed and bathroom with small area to make or reheat things with microwave. Nice hot showers. nice little deck out the front.
