If you want all in on the IU experience, this is the property. Brooke and family anticipate your needs before you even know that you have them. The overall experience feels more like being hosted as a guest then a client

If you want all the IU 'feels', rent this home! The school spirit is off the charts. It's high end, luxury, and so much fun. Brooke has thought of EVERYTHING! It is rare to see such a well outfitted rental. We will rent again in a heartbeat!
