This 2BR, 1BA duplex blends Hoosier pride with timeless comfort: king & queen memory foam beds, a luxe crimson-tiled bathroom with double vanity, two living rooms with Apple TVs, leather couches, a custom bar, fireplace & shuffleboard. Enjoy a private hot tub and enclosed porch with tailgate potential. Park up to 2 cars and walk to IU stadiums, campus, and downtown.

While we won’t be on-site during your stay, we’re just a message away! Whether you need help finding the best pizza in town, want tips for celebrating a special occasion, or run into any issues, we’re always happy to help.

Located in the heart of Bloomington, The Clubhouse is a short walk to IU’s Memorial Stadium, Assembly Hall, and campus events. Coffee shops, breweries, and local dining are nearby, as well as downtown nightlife and shops. This is the ideal location for game days, alumni weekends, and IU celebrations.

Guests enjoy the entire duplex unit with a private entrance. Self-check-in is easy with a smart lock — no keys needed. The hot tub and enclosed porch are exclusive to your stay.

Bedroom 1: King bed with plush memory foam mattress, premium cotton linens, and classic décor.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed with memory foam comfort, premium cotton linens, cozy and stylish.
Bathroom: Spacious with crimson tile, waterfall shower head, double vanity, and LED mirror.
Game Room: Leather chesterfield couches, HD TV , shuffleboard table, fireplace, custom bar.
Living Room: HD TV w/ Apple TV, relaxed seating, and a Queen sized Murphy bed (please let your host know if you'd like to use the Murphy bed and we can have it set up and ready to go prior to your arrival!)
Dining Area: Table for 6, plus 4 seats at the bar.
Kitchen: Full kitchen with Keurig and all essentials for cooking.
Outdoor: Private hot tub and driveway parking for 2 cars.

Park up to 2 cars in the private driveway. From here, you can easily walk to stadiums and campus. Downtown is just a few minutes away by car, bike, or rideshare.

Murphy Bed is available in the living room ONLY by request prior to your stay! Please let us know ahead of time if you'd like this option during your stay, and we'd be happy to have it ready to go for you.
