About this property

The Compound, Scottsdale Arizona

Welcome to "The Compound". This beautiful family friendly oasis in the middle of a desert is stunning both day and night. Immediately when you walk through the main entrance you will know why we call it "The Compound". It has 10 beautiful guest rooms with 7 bathrooms. Plenty of room to entertain with 2 outdoor kitchens, pool table, golf putting green. Sorry, the play structure has been removed. It was no longer safe for the kiddos due to the wear and tear from the sun.
Pool can be heated at an additional charge. Fire features are not included due to insurance and liability reasons.
Other things to note
The Compound is a family friendly property. Absolutely no wild parties or weddings are permitted. There is a strict enforcement of an 11pm noise by-law. Anyone found being untruthful about exceeding the number of guests or hosting parties will automatically be asked to leave without reimbursement. We will require photo ID of each adult guest staying at the property.
During the winter months pool can be heated at an additional $1500 charge. Fire features are not included due to insurance and liability reasons, as well as to many damages being caused in the past. A lot of time and effort goes into cleaning the house and property, please leave it in the same condition as you arrived. Thanks so much.

Had a great stay, big beautiful home! We had a great time and the scenery all around was amazing! House itself was big enough for all our family. We had some kids that were looking forward to jungle gym from pictures but it was no longer there. Host Linda and her husband were great and very detailed on showing us around at check in. Definitely a 5 star stay!!
