Amenities also include use of kayak, gas BBQ grills by the pool, fire pit, or have your friends pick you up by boat at the day dock. This new condo features the best of everything, all you need to bring is your clothes! There is 1 king bed with ensuite bathroom with shower, and walk in closet, full size washer/ dryer, and 1 den with comfy sofa futon for a guest. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler provided. Second bathroom has tub shower combo. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Sarasota and our condo has to offer- you won't be disappointed! Property is gated and secure entry with security cameras, and underground designated parking . This property is hypoallergenic, so we do not allow any smokers or animals to ensure safety for those with allergies. 1 mile from downtown Sarasota and half a mile to “The Bay Park “

This condo was exceptional. The owner was very helpful, thoughtful, and responsive. The location for us was GREAT. A short drive to the airport and to the many attractions in the Sarasota area. We really enjoyed our time and the weather was fantastic.. Would highly recommend to others..

Lovely apartment close to downtown Sarasota with water view. Very comfortable. Attentive hosts who promptly responded to questions or requests and were a pleasure to deal with.
