This new condo features the best of everything, all you need to bring is your clothes! There is 1 king bed with ensuite bathroom with shower, and walk in closet, full size washer/ dryer, and 1 den with comfy sofa futon for a guest. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler provided. Second bathroom has tub shower combo. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Sarasota and our condo has to offer- you won't be disappointed! Property is gated and secure entry with security cameras, and underground designated parking . This property is hypoallergenic, so we do not allow any smokers or animals to ensure safety for those with allergies. 1 mile from downtown Sarasota and half a mile to “The Bay Park “

This condo was exceptional. The owner was very helpful, thoughtful, and responsive. The location for us was GREAT. A short drive to the airport and to the many attractions in the Sarasota area. We really enjoyed our time and the weather was fantastic.. Would highly recommend to others..
