Amenities also include use of kayak, gas BBQ grills by the pool, fire pit, or have your friends pick you up by boat at the day dock. This new condo features the best of everything, all you need to bring is your clothes! There is 1 king bed with ensuite bathroom with shower, and walk in closet, full size washer/ dryer, and 1 den with comfy sofa futon for a guest. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler provided. Second bathroom has tub shower combo. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Sarasota and our condo has to offer- you won't be disappointed! Property is gated and secure entry with security cameras. This property is hypoallergenic so we do not allow any smokers or animals to ensure safety for those with allergies.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Do not remove mattress protectors or pillow protectors. Set AC to 78 when leaving for the day.
You may leave new or unopened food for the next guest.
Place coffee pot and dish sponges and scrubber in dishwasher
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
