Bright and open, and with modern updates and a convenient location, this family and snowbird-friendly home is the perfect place to enjoy a San Diego getaway! Equipped with two bedrooms, the home comes ready to suit all your needs for an extended stay. Decorated in cool, coastal tones the living room is built to entertain. Challenge each other to a game of chess while the little ones get into the toys and children's games or romp around in the enclosed yard. At night, gather around the huge flatscreen for family movies. The full kitchen features expansive counter space and updated appliances to make home-cooking a breeze. Eat together at the kitchen nook and counter seating for three, or head out to the covered patio table with a screened canopy some al fresco dining. A provided gas grill makes this a great space for a cookout. A furnished, garden patio can be accessed through the second bedroom. On chilly nights, cozy up around the firepit located at the arbor-covered back patio. This quiet retreat is just one-and-a-half blocks from sandy Pacific Beach, close to lots of terrific restaurants and shopping. The three mile long boardwalk is just two blocks away — perfect for skating, walking, or jogging.

Great location!

We had such an amazing vacation! The location is awesome and great for walking to the beach and shops and restaurants. It was a short drive to sea world. We would love to come back sometime.

Great location

The poperty was in great condition and clean. Location is a few blocks to the beach and about 15 minutes to zoo or airport. Overall great spot for a family of 3 to explore from.

Great place in good location.

We stayed for a week with our children (teens). The house is exactly as pictured in the listing so no surprises. We liked having the option of the outdoor spaces. It was a great location for us, just two blocks from the beach and in a quieter location. We loved it. The only hiccup was on the second to last day when the hot water went out. It took some time to be able to get someone out there. Contacting the rental management company was easy, but they were apparently having trouble getting ahold of the local person in charge of taking care of things like this. But it ended up getting resolved by end of the day. I would still recommend as a great place to stay.

Great location. Needs some improvements.

The inside of the property was clean. The outside living areas were not maintained. We had a problem with access to the washer and dryer and our final morning had no hot water. The location was great. The inside areas reflected what was marketed but the outside did not. The response to our issue with the washer was excellent. They addressed our issue immediately. I have asked for some kind of allowance for the day without hot water and no one has gotten back to me.
