This was a perfect location to walk to the farmers market and some great food. The ubers/lyft had no issues finding us for pick up/drop off. The apartment is great and spacious and clean, and the host is fantastic and very communicative.

The unit was clean, spacious and comfy. The beds were so comfortable. I honestly have no complaints about the unit it self. The host was very responsive and answered all my questions. We had a great stay!

This was an excellent property! Cute and welcoming. Master bed was comfy. Secondary bedroom bed was not comfortable but the person in there slept on the trundle and it was fine! Bed in the living room was not slept on but used as a couch and it was very comfortable as well. Great location with many things in walking distance and a cheap uber ride to those places that were not walkable. There was a peculiar smell we could not describe but it wasn’t something we couldn’t live with for the five days we were there. Brandon was very responsive to messages and very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!

Everything was as described, we arrived at the valet parking lot and it’s was a smooth experience. The host made accommodations for us bc our flight came in early the unit is very cute and stylish. The pool is closed on Mondays for maintenance but everything else went as planned. We will definitely be back when we are in Dallas

This was an excellent choice for the whole family. We arrived and it was raining and we just knew that it was going to be challenging. Everything was so smooth and easy and the place was so exactly as advertised. Very comfortable and warm setup. Loved it.

This is NOT a safe place. After finally getting into the apartment, we noticed a weird smell in the hallways. Once we got into the apartment, the smell of gasoline nearly knocks you out. It was so bad that after being there an hour, I got a migraine. I told the representative that and they told me they could get more air purifiers in there. There was already one in the bedroom. It wasn't doing any good! When we would come and go for that brief time, we were approached by multiple homeless people in the parking garage begging for money. At one point, we waited 30 min for the valet to get our car. The apartment was rustic, but there was a very large piece of rusty metal sticking up in one of the bedrooms. In fact my 80 year old mom tripped on it, stubbing her toe. Luckily nothing worse happened. When I told the representative that we were leaving and not fulfilling our stay bc the strong smell of gasoline gave me a migraine and it is not a safe place. They argued with me trying to get more air purifiers in there or moving us to another apartment. Again, this was not a safe place. They refunded a very small portion of what we paid. I would never stay there again. It is NOT safe.

Fantastic location! Very close to the activity in Dallas downtown. Well curated apartment! Had the required amenities and privacy to engage in banter with my fellow travelers, a group of 6 people. Felt very much at home!Excellent and very communicative host right from booking to departure! In fact one of ours travel group did not realize that they left their phone in the apartment. The host and his team immediately reached out to report and help get the device back. I would recommend the property and the host to everyone!
