Welcome to Top of the World, a luxury mountain-top paradise with sweeping views and incredible amenities. This spacious three-level cabin combines contemporary mountain style with thoughtful renovations. Relax on the oversized deck, soak in the hot tub, swing on the porch, or gather around the fire pit.

Inside, enjoy the bright great room with a stone fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, multiple lounge spaces, and a game room with pool, foosball, and an arcade machine. With five bedrooms—including two king suites with ensuite baths—and space for up to 11 guests, this retreat is perfect for families and groups looking to enjoy the High Country in style.

You will have full access to the entire cabin and its outdoor spaces, including the deck, hot tub, fire pit, porch swing, picnic area, game room, and all living areas. Parking is available on-site.

Other details to note:
• Must be at least 25 years of age to book.
• Sleeps up to 11 guests comfortably.
• Three levels: main level with open living/kitchen/dining and a king suite; upper level with four bedrooms; lower level with game room, den, and full bath.
• Centrally located near Banner Elk, Boone, Blowing Rock, Sugar Mountain, and Grandfather Mountain.
• Prices include all fees—no hidden costs.
• Seasonal local events, like Music on the Lawn in Seven Devils, are just minutes away.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please put all trash in the bins provided, making sure the containers are closed and secured.
Winter, turn thermostat down to 60 degrees. (Do NOT turn off the heat or the hot tub!) Summer, turn thermostat up to 80 degrees.
Please close and lock all windows and doors, and ensure the hot tub cover is on.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We chose this neighborhood because it truly feels like being on top of the world—peaceful, private, and surrounded by panoramic mountain views from a huge deck!

The home sits in the Seven Devils community, which is perfectly located between Banner Elk, Boone, and Blowing Rock. What we enjoy most is the balance: you get the serenity of the mountains with easy access to all the High Country has to offer: skiing, hiking, ziplining, Grandfather Mountain, charming towns, and even summer concerts right in the neighborhood. It’s the best of both worlds! Quiet retreat and adventure at your doorstep.
