Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
In the winter, please set thermostat to 55 degrees and turn off the fireplace. In the summer, please turn off the air conditioner. Please reset the hot tub temperature to 80 degree after the last use.
Please don't leave food or drinks outside as this will attract animals.

Nestled right outside the Boone city limits, the home is a few minutes away from downtown and the vibrant Appalachian State University. A branch of the East/South Fork New River runs through the neighborhood, and a vast green field sits right outside the home.
Driving in the opposite direction, a couple minutes takes you to The Blue Ridge Parkway for easy access to recreational opportunities such as scenic overlooks, hiking, Grandfather mountain, and The Linn Cove Viaduct. With a quiet, charming neighborhood and endless adventure opportunities, the home is a perfect destination for guests looking to enjoy the Appalachians!

The kitchen is very well equipped - the multi-functional pressure cooker can be used to prepare a variety of dishes such as rice, slow stewed soup, and different kinds of meat. We even offer a meat slicer for hotpot or Korean barbecue!
Beyond the kitchen, unwind in the private, 51-jet hot tub or by one of our fire pits. The home also has many beautiful paintings on the walls!
