Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Clean outside of debris, grill scrubbed, fold back sheets (don't strip), all dishes cleaned and put away, furniture, if moved, returned to original setting.
Lock all doors, including patio door, and turn off ceiling fans.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

It's been a real pleasure operating the cabin and we decided on adding another property in the Tucson area. As a U of A graduate, I love the desert environment and all that Tucson has to offer.

When I was a student I always said that if I were to remain in Tucson, I would look for housing on the Eastside. It's convenient to everything, has access to the desert and the mountains.
