Brand New .... Everything. Fully remodeled casita that just oozes with charm. 3 miles to the U of A, tucked away in the well established Peter Howell Neighborhood. The casita has everything you need for a long or short stay. Sleeps 2, 3 if we provide a cot. Let us know in advance if that would be needed!!

What a great place. Safe quiet neighborhood, easy off street parking, comfortable small casita. Well equipped kitchen. Best thing was a nicely shaded back yard, where I spent most of my waking hours. Would come again.

Very comfortable and well equipped. I came to Tucson for Gravel Bike riding. This property was centrally located to many state and national parks. Never drove more than an hour to a trail head. Neighborhood is quiet and safe.

We had a mixed experience. The listing is not accurate at the time that I booked. It did not sleep 4 as listed. That being said, the host was very responsive and did attempt to relocate us. When that did not work he personally brought us a roll away bed to help the situation. What we like: location is nice and quiet and convenient. Super cute patio with secure fencing for pets. Very clean. Host did try to accommodate us and was responsive. I just hope they adjust the listing soon. Thanks for the cute spot.

Very nice place for a couple to stay. It’s a small area but very well equipped. Nice kitchen appliances for cooking meals that is an open floor plan to the family room which has a big tv. Only reason why I gave a 4 for family is due to the size but if you had a child with a pac n play it would work too. Owner responded immediately to a question I had after check in. Would definitely recommend.

I reached out months ahead of time, to ask if they had a crockpot in the unit. This was important to us, as we had special Thanksgiving plans. They said yes, so we didn't bring one. That was not true. It also said it slept 4, on queen beds. Also not true. I had to buy an air bed, and a can opener. But it was very cute. We loved it, just wish we could have been more prepared

In the listing description, the laundry is located in the carport area in a separate building as detailed in the description. This house was just completely remodeled. I can’t imagine what you could’ve found wrong with it.

Central Tucson location

We came for UofA Homecoming. This central location allowed us to easily visit family on the E side, W side, join others for dinner in the NE, and be close to the University activities. The property far exceeded expectations while traveling with pets.

Lovely Little House

I was visiting Tucson for a national dog event and brought my two small dogs with me. The house was perfect for us. I liked the back yard for early and late potty breaks in the dark.
