You have full and total access of the garage suite, as advertised, during your stay. Our suite has a self check-in electronic lock with keyless entry, so should you arrive later in the evening, you have total flexibility to access the unit without worrying about keys during your stay.
We do not live on site, therefore, while we do our best to ensure we provide as much of the comforts of home as possible, we may not always know if something is missing or damaged. If you notice anything missing or in need of repair, please let us know so we can make things right.

✦EARLY CHECK-IN or LATE CHECK-OUT✦
We are strict on check-in and check-out times due to cleaning needs, but we allow a 1-hour flexibility with 24-hour notice. A $35 fee applies for early check-ins or late check-outs, subject to approval, as its not always possible. If the home is ready sooner, we`ll notify you.
✦LOST OR FORGOTTEN ITEMS✦
Please be advised that we cannot assume responsibility for personal belongings left behind after your stay. We recommend thoroughly checking the property before departing. Items left behind will be stored for 14 days and then either donated or discarded. Coordinating pickup or delivery of forgotten items will incur a shipping and admin fee.
✦MAIL & PARCELS✦
We do not have access to a mailbox at this property. Please do not use our address for receiving mail. If you require postal service, please connect with a local post office to find out about renting a post office box. For bigger parcel deliveries, ensure door drop-off or depot pick-up. We are not responsible to retrieve mail or parcels on your behalf.
